FEES & PAYMENT

Individual programme fees commence from $1,850 USD. Final pricing is confirmed during a complimentary programme consultation based on the programme selected and delivery format. A written fee confirmation is issued before any payment obligation arises.

Payment is accepted via secure card invoice (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfer, or wire transfer. All invoices are issued in USD and delivered electronically to the email address provided at consultation. No card details are stored by Northmark.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Upon receipt of payment, a written commencement notice is issued within 1 business day. Programme materials are provided within 2 business days. The first scheduled session takes place within the timeframe confirmed in your programme proposal — typically within 5–10 business days of commencement.

REFUND POLICY & YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

All programmes are governed by Northmark's Terms of Service and Refund Policy, available at northmark.net/refund-policy. Northmark does not collect payment before a written programme proposal has been reviewed and agreed.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms. Where applicable law in your state provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights prevail. California residents have the right to cancel certain service contracts within 3 business days of signing (California Business & Professions Code § 17538.9).

If you have a billing concern, please contact Northmark before initiating a chargeback. We will work to resolve any billing issue within 10 business days of written notice to admin@northmark.net.
