Why Northmark Exists Northmark was established by sales practitioners who observed the same pattern repeatedly across commercial environments:

  • Training was delivered, but execution standards were not enforced.

  • Workshops ran. Content was presented. Managers nodded. And then the team went back to doing what they had always done.

The gap was not in the quality of the training. The gap was in what happened after it — the absence of defined standards, the lack of reinforcement, and the failure to hold behaviour to account in live commercial environments.
