FEES & PAYMENT
Engagement fees are scoped individually and confirmed in a written proposal prior to any payment obligation.
There is no fixed list price for B2C engagements
— pricing reflects the scope, team size, format, and duration of the programme.
Payment is accepted via secure card invoice (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), ACH bank transfer, or wire transfer.
All invoices are issued in USD and delivered electronically to the billing contact on file.
No card details are stored by Northmark.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Upon receipt of payment, a written commencement notice is issued within 1 business day.
Programme materials and scheduling access are provided within 2 business days.
The first session is scheduled within the timeframe confirmed in the engagement proposal — typically within 5–10 business days of commencement.
REFUND POLICY & CONSUMER RIGHTS
All engagements are governed by Northmark's Terms of Service and Refund Policy, available at northmark.net/refund-policy.
Northmark does not collect payment before a written proposal has been reviewed and agreed by the client.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
Where applicable law in your state provides stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights prevail.
California residents have the right to cancel certain service contracts within 3 business days of signing.
If you have a billing concern, please contact Northmark directly before initiating a chargeback.
We will work to resolve any issue within 10 business days of written notice.
